We realized that the online channel was a priority. Although we already had the technology, Instaleap was an opportunity to incorporate a much more developed, simple and modern solution that would guarantee the ultra-fast execution that we needed. The Instaleap team brought years of experience and a holistic approach to the last mile needs it used to conquer the market.

Before implementing Instaleap in Tienda Inglesa's e-commerce fulfillment process, we faced numerous challenges with manual and paper-based processes. Undoubtedly, since adopting Instaleap, we have gained greater control and visibility into each step of the process, enabling us to make more informed decisions to drive and improve operational efficiency.

With the implementation of features such as Zone Picking, Delivery Routing, Cam Scanner, and others in Supermercados Bravo, we have seen a growth of 2 to 3% in online sales and now process 83,000 orders per month. Our short-term goal is to reach 100,000 orders.
