🖥️ Custom Footer to Boost Specific Sections

The footer represents the bottom section of websites and plays a crucial role in the user experience. With the new version of NextGen’s Footer, you can now integrate the functionality of custom pages to include specific entries that are not visible on the main page. Additionally, it will be possible to specify which sections to highlight as fixed in the footer and which ones to integrate within a collapsible box.

🚨 Allow Your Customers To Choose Their Favorite Store With A Quick Alert Pop-Up!

When a user wants to place an order on the e-commerce platform, it’s common that not all products are available in every location. That’s why we ask for the selection of a delivery method before the user starts choosing products. This ensures that they see products and relevant conditions for their purchase (prices, stock, promotions) based on the operational model and the chosen store.

This is done to prevent users from exploring products that may not be available in their preferred store and to avoid any unwanted changes when selecting the shipping method.

How does it work?

Once the user enters the e-commerce site, a pop-up message will appear, asking them to select a delivery method and their favorite store. This will happen every time the user enters a page within the e-commerce site without having chosen a delivery method and store.

🪪 Step Icons for Easier Order Management

In our Shopper App, we’ve got these cool order cards that come with icons to help the resources handle tasks smoothly. But, let’s be honest, it can get a bit tricky finding the right card when managing multiple orders at the same time. That’s why we’ve added a game-changer – now, each order card comes with an icon showing the step of the task (picking, storage, delivery, etc.). It’s like a little roadmap, making it a breeze for the personal to spot pending orders and know exactly what tasks are up next.

🔂 Direct Task Reassignment for Resources

There are instances when it’s necessary to reassign a task within an order, such as picking or delivery, to a different resource because the originally assigned one is unable to proceed for various reasons. In response, Instaleap provides the option to send invitations to resources when their assistance is needed for taking on a new task.


Why did we implemented this?
Task reassignment is a common scenario in our clients’ operations. However, when this becomes necessary, the assignment to the new resource doesn’t happen instantly. Instead, we send out invitations, allowing the resource the flexibility to accept or decline, irrespective of the assignment type configured for them.

Each resource is equipped with specific characteristics assigned during creation within the Control Tower. One of these characteristics is the type of assignment through which they will receive orders.
