During the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for an express model became evident, and partnerships with Glovo and UberEats allowed for a quick implementation and response to the opportunity. However, Continente faced the challenge of consolidating the operation of various sales channels into a single platform to ensure uniform picking and store operation processes.

The growth was reflected, but concerns arose about the lack of control over the operation when depending on third parties, resulting in late and incomplete deliveries, affecting the customer experience.

Additionally, manual billing processes and long queues during demand peaks further complicate delivery efficiency. All these challenges hindered the scalability of the Q-Commerce operation, and Continente sought a comprehensive solution in the form of an app to centralize orders, have data visibility, and operate in real-time.
